摘要
应用热轧法将5052铝合金板坯和AZ31镁合金板坯叠层组料加热、轧制成镁铝叠层板,采用单向拉伸试验测定其力学性能,优选了轧后热处理工艺;采用成形极限试验对镁铝叠层板进行冲压成形性能测定。结果表明,轧后经200℃60 min的退火处理能明显改善其力学性能,镁铝叠层板的拉深成形性能略优于AZ31镁合金板的,200℃下镁铝叠层板冲压成形性能与镁合金板材的相当。
A magnesium-aluminum ply sheet has been produced by rolling process from 5052 and AZ31 sheet cladding. The mechanical properties have been tested by using single direction tensile method, and the heat treatment process has been optimized being used after hot rolling. The deep-draw-forming property of magnesium-aluminum ply sheet has been de- tected by using of forming limit. The results show that the mechanical properties can be im proved obviously by annealing at 200℃with 60 rain holding after hot rolling. The deep draw ing forming property of magnesium-aluminum ply sheet is slightly better than AZ31 magnesi- um sheet. The deep drawing property of magnesium-aluminum ply sheet is corresponded to that of magnesium sheet at 200℃.
