摘要
防护罩是确保采掘机械安全运行主要部件,应该提高其优化设计水平,因此,将逆向工程应用于防护罩的优化设计中。分析了逆向工程技术的数据采集技术;讨论了逆向工程中的数据处理方法;提出了基于逆向工程的优化再设计模型;进行了防护罩的优化设计,并且进行了误差分析,研究结果表明逆向工程能够提高防护罩的造型精度。
Shield is a main part of ensuring the safe working of mining mechanization, the optimization design level should be improved, and therefore the reverse engineering should be applied in the optimization design. First, the data collection technology of reverse engineering is analyzed, and then the data processing method of reverse engineering is discussed, and then the optimization re-design model based on reverse engineering is put forward. Finally, the optimization design of shield is carried out, and the error analysis is carried out, results show the reverse engineering can improve the precision of shape of the shield.
