重载启动时圆环链激振载荷分析

摘要 对重载启动时激振力产生的原因和大小进行了理论分析,并利用有限元软件LS-DYNA对激振力变化规律进行了数值模拟分析,得到圆环链重载启动时产生的动载系数值,为各种圆环链提升和运输设备的动态设计与分析提供了理论依据。 Exciting force would be generated when the ring chain instantly starting with a heavy load, which might bring a major impact on the safe use and operating of the ring chain. The mechanism and scale of the exciting force when starting with heavy load are analyzed and discussed by the theory in this paper. The law of change of the exciting force is numerically simulated and analyzed by the finite element software, LS-DYNA. Dynamic load coefficient of the ring chain which was produced in starting with heavy load was obtained, which provided a theoretical foundation for the dynamic design and analysis of the various ring chain lifting and transportation equipments.
