基于Fluent的截止阀壳内流道流场分析

Flow Distribution Analysis in Break Valve Based on Fluent

以截止阀为研究对象,通过Fluent软件对截止阀进出口弯管的不同光滑度进行分析计算,给出了截止阀在不同光滑程度下的压力场、速度场及流线图,根据该结果图分析了进出口弯管的形状对截止阀性能的影响。为优化提高截止阀的内流道,提高截止阀性能提供了理论参考。

This research is focused on the break vavle, the fluent software is used to analyses and calculate the pressure distribution, velocity distribution, and the pathline distribution, which changes with the smoothness of the elbow for inlet and outlet. The capability of the break valve is determined by the figures above. The research provides theoretics for optimizing the flow field inside break vavle.
