摘要
基于Pro/E建立插齿机立柱的三维模型,并利用igs中性文件的方式将该模型导入HyperWorks,对立柱进行了结构静、动态有限元分析,获得立柱静态应力及变形数据、前5阶模态的固有频率和振型。根据分析结果,为插齿机立柱的设计与改进提供了理论依据。
The 3D model of machine tool column of gear shaper is created in Pro/E, this model is imported into the HyperWorks by igs file. The column structural static stress and deformation, the five- order modal natural frequencies and mode of vibration are obtained by static and dynamic analysis. Based on the analysis results, this study offers a kind of theoretical basis for the design and improvement of machine tool column of the gear shaper.
