摘要
针对振动筛筛板经常出现的疲劳失效影响,提出了疲劳寿命分析方法。首先在Pro/E中建立振动筛的模型,导入ANSYS中建立筛板的有限元分析模型,计算得到应力云图。结合焊缝的S-N曲线进行焊缝的疲劳强度评定及寿命预测,得出了筛板的寿命分布图,指出了疲劳破坏危险处。
Aiming the vibrating screen welding components often occur fatigue failure, and puts forward the fatigue life analysis method. A simplified 3D geometry model of the vibrating screen is established by using the three dimensional CAD software Pro/E, then it is imported to ANSYS software to establish a finite element model. By applying ANSYS a static analysis is carried out for the sieve plate. Finally it evaluates the fatigue strength and predicts the life of the weld seam based on S-N curve,and life prediction of the sieve plate is obtained life distribution. Fatigue damage is pointed out the dangers.
