摘要
首先介绍了计算机辅助工艺设计(CAPP)的基本工作流程,并结合一种大型拉延成型模具—汽车覆盖件模具,具体地阐述了在模具数控加工中应用计算机辅助工艺设计进行工艺参数的选择和优化的方法,最终搭建了汽车覆盖件模具数控加工CAPP模板的总体框架并以实例的形式展现了CAPP系统在模具加工中的应用,为企业进一步开发和完善CAPP系统提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the basic work flow of computer aided process planning, and thencombined witha large drawing forming mould--automobile covering parts mould, this paper elaborates the method of applying CAPP in the parameters selection and optimization of mold NC machining process. Finally, this paper sets up the overall framework of the automobile covering parts mould NC machining CAPP template and in the form of instances shows the application of CAPP system in themold processing, providing the reference for enterprise to further develop and perfect the CAPP system.
