模具斜面铣加工宏程序编程技术的研究

摘要 建立了模具斜面等高铣平底铣刀和球刀爬坡加工模型,阐述了该模型下的数控宏程序编程思路,分析了层切深度与斜面残留高度之间的关系,给出了编程实例。实践表明,该技术解决了模具斜面加工层切深度合理选取的问题,能够克服自动编程程序冗长、可读性差、柔性差的不足,提高编程和加工效率,这对单件模具生产斜面铣削加工具有重要意义。 The end-mill and ball-cutter climbing milling model such as contour milling of mold slope are set up. The CNC macro-programming idea about this model is expounded. The relationship of the layer cutting depth and bevel residual height is analyzed. And the programming example is given. Practice shows that the problem of reasonable selection of cutting depth is solved. The shortcoming that program of automatic programming is lengthy, poor readability and poor flexibility is overcome, and programming and processing efficiency is effectively improved, which are of great significance to mold ramp milling.
