摘要
提出一种基于PLC的液压支柱柔性自动化装配控制系统设计方案,并重点介绍了液压支柱柔性自动化装配生产线控制系统的基本结构、组成设计及硬件实现。该系统已应用于浙江衢州煤矿机械总厂有限公司,实现了微机自动操作装配生产线,降低了工人劳动强度,保证了产品质量,提高了装配生产能力。
The flexible assembly control system design of hydraulic support based on PLC has been put forward. Introduce the system's structure, composing design and hardware realization. This system has been used in the zhejiang quzhou general coal mine machinery factory Co., Ltd., system application realized the computer automatic operating assembly line, reduced the labour working intensity, ensured the product quality and improved the assembly productivity.
