Safety Management System of Mine Hoist Based on Whole Life Cycle

为了全面掌握提升机安全状况,将全寿命周期安全管理理念引入提升机健康状态管理中。通过对提升机全寿命周期的划分,对各个环节中存在的安全隐患进行科学管理。利用系统管理思想,构建了基于全寿命周期的提升机安全管理系统,分析系统构架和主要功能。最后给出了系统运行流程,为实现提升机本质安全提供了管理思路。

The present research was made to fully grasp the safety conditions of mine hoist, introducing the safety management concept of whole life cycle into mine hoist health conditions management. The potential safety hazard existed in each period of whole life cycle can be dealt with through scientificmanagement by dividing the whole life cycle of mine hoist. The safety management system of mine hoist based on the whole life cycle is constructed in our research using the idea of system management, aanalysis of system architecture and main functions is proposed. Finally, the paper also introduces operation process of this safety management system of mine hoist based on the whole life cycle. Thisresearch can be a management reference for the realization of the essential safety of mine hoist.
