摘要
个人职业生涯管理实质上是成就美好人生的过程,也是个人职业生涯发展的动力和加速器。本文在分析高等职业院校教师职业生涯发展存在的问题基础上,提出要立足个人和学校组织的"双赢"管理教师的职业生涯,在职业生涯周期管理中提升教师职业力,消除职业倦怠与职业"高原"现象,以科学的评价机制促进教师素质的转型。
The personal career management is essentially the process of good life, power and the accelerator of theirs career development. Based on the analysis of problems of teacher career development in higher vocational colleges, the thesis has proposed that the management of teacher career should be based on the individual and the school organization "win-win", improve teachers career force in theirs career cycle, eliminate job burnout and "plateau" phenomenon, and promote the quality of teachers with scientific evaluation mechanism.
