摘要 教师专业发展受到了来自教育内部诸种亚文化形态的掣肘与规制。技术性规避与消解教师文化、教学文化和教师管理文化中存在的一系列冲突和矛盾问题,有助于肥沃教师专业发展的土壤,有助于明确教师专业发展的方向,有助于加速教师专业发展的步伐。 Teachers' professional development has been received the subcultural constraints and regulation from the internal edu- cation. In order to technically avoid and digest a series of conflicts and contradictions from the the culture of teachers, teaching and teachers' management may make contribution to fertilise the soils of teachers' professional development, clarify the directions of teach- ers' professional development, and accelerate the paces of teachers' professional development.
