FZC系列常压渣油加氢处理催化剂的开发及工业应用

Development and commercial application of FZC series catalysts for atmospheric residue hydrotreatment

为提高我国的渣油加氢处理技术 ,抚顺石油化工研究院 ( FRIPP)开发了 FZC系列常压渣油加氢处理配套催化剂 ,可用于含硫常压渣油加氢处理。工业应用结果表明 ,催化剂活性高、稳定性好 ,装置运行平稳 ,产品质量好 ,满足了用户生产使用的要求。

In order to develop the technology for residue hydrotreating,a FZC series catalysts for atmospheric residue hydrotreating was developed by Fushun Research Institute of Petroleum  Petrochemicals(FRIPP,Fushun,Liaoning 113001,China).They are suitable for inferior sulfur-containing atmospheric residue.Commercial application results showed that the activity and stability of the catalyst system were satisfactory.The commercial unit has been operating steadily with both product yield and quality meeting the requirement of the refinery.
