摘要
将端氢硅油与烯丙基缩水甘油醚(AGE)在一定条件下,通过硅氢加成反应合成聚硅氧烷改性的环氧树脂。研究了催化剂、反应时间、温度、AGE和端氢硅油中的C=C/Si—H物质的量比等因素对合成产物结构及性能的影响。采用红外光谱、凝胶色谱、环氧值对改性的环氧树脂进行了表征和分析。结果表明,当催化剂氯铂酸用量为反应物质量的0.0100%t0.0200%,AGE和端氢硅油中的C=C/Si—H物质的量比为4.28:1.00,反应温度80~85℃,反应时间6h时,改性环氧树脂的环氧值、相对分子质量大小及分布合理,活泼氢转化率高。
Epoxy resin modified with polysiloxane was synthesized by hydrosilylation of terminal hydrogen silicone oil and allyl glyeidyl ether(AGE). The effects of the catalyst,the reaction time, the temperature and the C=C/Si--H molar ratio of AGE and terminal hydro- gen silicone oil on the structure and properties of the synthesized products were studied. Modi- fied epoxy resin was analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,gel permeation chromatography, epoxy equivalent. The results show that the epoxy equivalent and distribution of modified epoxy resin are reasonable,and the conversion of reactive hydrogen is the highest,when the ratio of chloro- platinic acid and the quality of reactants is 0.0100%~0. 0200%,AGE and the C zC/Si--H of the terminal hydrogen silicone oil in the molar ratio is 4.28 : 1.00,the reaction temperature is 80~85 ℃,reaction time is 6 h.
