摘要
采用乳液聚合法合成了聚丙烯酸丁酯(PBA)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/衣康酸(ITA)、PBA/P(MMA-ITA)等粒子,并将其与聚酰胺6(PA6)按不同比例共混挤出。通过采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、力学性能测试等对增韧粒子及其试样进行表征。结果表明:PBA/P(MMA-ITA)粒子增韧增强效果比其他粒子要好,冲击强度和拉伸强度分别提高了214.3%和15.4%。
The poly (butyl acrylate) (PBA), polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) / itaconic acid (ITA) and PBA/P (MMA-ITA) core-shell particles were prepared through the emulsion polymerization, and extruded after mixing with PA6 of different propor- tions. The toughening particles sample were characterized by SEM, DSC and the me- chanical properties test. The results show that PBA / P (MMA-ITA) particle is better than the others in toughening and reinforcing effect,the impact and tensile strength in- crease by 214% and 15.4% respectively.
