摘要
介绍了抗冲共聚聚丙烯管材专用料(PPB1801)的开发思路、开发过程及主要控制参数。结果表明:通过控制乙烯含量及各反应器聚合量分配,可得到性能较好的PPB管材料。产品拉伸强度28.1 MPa,弯曲模量1 340 MPa,简支梁缺口冲击强度(23℃)为72.2kJ/m2。
The development ideas, production process and technical parameters of the im pact propylene copolymer tube material(PPB1801) were described. The results show that the quality of PPB1801 is excellent with adaptive ethylene content and distribution of reaction in hypol process plant. The tensile strength of PPB1801 is 28. 1 MPa,flexural modulus is 1 340 MPa,charpy notched impact strength(23 ℃) is 72.2 kJ/m2.
