摘要
利用自制交流电磁装置对聚合硫酸铁(PFS)溶液进行磁化,将磁化后的PFS加入焦化废水中进行混凝实验。在PFS加入量为3 mL/L、磁化时间为5 min、磁场强度为60.1 mT的最佳条件下,废水COD去除率为66.3%,浊度去除率为99.4%。经磁化后污泥比阻由5.3×108s2/g降至3.2×108s2/g。磁化处理可提高出水水质,经磁化处理后产生的絮体较为密实、含水率低,更易聚沉。
The polymeric ferric sulfate (PFS) solution was magnetized in a self-made alternating electromagnetic device. And the coagulation experiment was carried out by adding the magnetized PFS into the coking wastewater. Under the optimum conditions of PFS dosage 3 mL/L, magnetization time 5 min and magnetic field intensity 60.linT, the COD and turbidity removal rates of the wastewater are 66.3% and 99.4% respectively. The sludge specific resistance is decreased from 5.3 ×10^8s2/g to 3.2×10^8s2/g. Magnetization treatment can not only improve the effluent quality, but also make the flocs more compact, less water content and easier to coagulation.
