摘要
采用多级冷冻法处理含油废水。实验结果表明:在初始废水中COD和ρ(NH3-N)分别为36 400 mg/L和73 mg/L的条件下,经过8级冷冻处理,COD和ρ(NH3-N)分别降至430 mg/L和2 mg/L,去除率分别可达98.82%和97.72%;在相同COD的条件下,ρ(NH3-N)较高时,COD去除率较高,由此可见无机盐离子(如NH4+)的存在有利于有机物的去除。
Oily wastewater was treated by the multistage freezing process. The experimental results show that: Under the conditions of initial COD 36 400 mg/L, initial ρ(NH3-N) 73 mg/L and 8 stages of freezing, the COD and p(NH3-N) of the wastewater are decreased to 430 mg/L and 2 mg/L with 98.82% and 97.72% of removal rate respectively; The COD removal rate is higher when the COD is the same and the ρ(NH3-N) is higher, which indicates that the presence of inorganic ions(such as NH4+) is favorable to remove organic compounds.
