牦牛与犏牛联会复合体蛋白b-FKBP6基因的表达特征分析 被引量:2

摘要 联会复合体蛋白FKBP6是哺乳动物精子发生减数分裂联会复合体形成必需的。采用RT-PCR和荧光定量PCR技术对牦牛和犏牛b-FKBP6基因的组织表达特征,以及牦牛与犏牛睾丸组织中b-FKBP6 mRNA表达水平进行了分析。结果显示:b-FKBP6基因在牦牛、犏牛睾丸和卵巢组织中特异表达,且牦牛睾丸组织中b-FKBP6 mRNA表达水平极显著高于犏牛(P<0.01)。结合犏牛精子发生减数分裂联会复合体形成障碍表型,推测睾丸组织b-FKBP6 mRNA表达水平可能与犏牛雄性不育有一定的关系。 The synaptonemal complex protein FKBP6 is essential for male meiosis of spermatogenesis in mammals. In the present study, we investigated the expression profile and testicular mRNA expression level of b-FKBP6 gene in yak and cattle-yak hybrid with male sterility. The result showed that the b-FKBP6 gene was expressed specifically in the testis and ovary of adult yak and cattle-yak hybrid. The testicular mRNA expression levels of b-FKBP6 in yak was significantly higher than that in cattle-yak hybrid(P〈0.01 ). We propose that the b-FKBP6 gene maybe involve in the meiosis of bovine spermatogenesis, and that the transcription arrest of the gene is associated with male sterility in cattle-yak hybrids.
