纳米二氧化硅对丙烯酸酯紫外光固化涂料性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 用硅烷偶联剂γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)对纳米二氧化硅进行了表面改性,并将其填充到丙烯酸酯紫外光固化涂料中。扫描电镜观测表明:KH-570改性的纳米二氧化硅在丙烯酸酯中分散性好。对它们的丙烯酸酯紫外光固化涂料的固化膜进行了柔韧性,铅笔硬度,拉伸强度,拉伸断裂伸长率和抗冲击强度测定,结果表明:当KH-570改性的纳米二氧化硅质量分数为4%时,固化膜的拉伸强度达到3.45MPa,拉伸断裂伸长率为3.74%,抗冲击强度为26kg·cm。 Nanosilica was modified by silane coupling agent (3-methacryloxypropyl-trimetho xysilane,KH-570) and filled into the acrylate UV-curing coating. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) vation showed that the nanosilica was well dispersed in the coating. Some properties of the UV-cured films were measured. The experimental results indicated that the pencil hardness flexibility of the films were excellent, the tensile strength of the films was 3.45 MPa, the elo at break of the films was 3.74%, and the impacting strength of the films was 26 kg cm w fraction of the modified nanosilica was 4 fro in the coating. obser- coating and the ngation hen the
