聚醚多元醇气味产生原因分析及解决

ANALYSIS AND SOLUTION FOR POLYETHER POLYOL ODOR PROBLEM

分析了聚醚多元醇气味产生的原因,考察了原料PO、抗氧剂和精制过程对聚醚气味的影响。结果表明,选用无胺类的抗氧剂,在聚醚后处理过程中通氮气和抽真空同时进行可得到低气味聚醚多元醇产品。

The cause of the smell of polyether polyol was analyzed. Influences of Propylene oxide, an- tioxidant and the refined process on odor were investigated. Low odor polyether polyol was obtained by purging nitrogen and vacuumizing simultaneously in improved post treatment process.
