摘要
在大学教育体系中,教师教学质量评价体系是考核教师教学的一个重要手段,也是促进教师教学质量提高、推进大学教学模式改革的一个重要途径.通过分析现行的5种授课质量评议方法的优劣,进一步建立基于学生排序的评价模型、基于同行排序的评价模型和基于专家评判的评价模型,最后对这三个模型进行整合,提出一种基于多元评价的教师授课水平排序方法.
In the university education system, evaluation of teachers' teaching quality is a very impormant method usually used to check teachers' teaching ability and promote the improvement of teachers' teaching quality, and an important way to promote the reform of teaching mode. This paper analyzes the pros and cons of the current teaching quality evaluation method. Further, three models are built which axe based on students' grade, peer-sorting and experts' judgment. Finally, these three models axe integrated, and a ranking method according to teachers' ability based on multivariate evaluation is put forward.
