血液系统疾病端粒长度研究进展

摘要 端粒是染色体末端的重要组成部分,是由500~2000个TTAGGG组成的串联重复序列[1]。细胞进行有丝分裂时,端粒不能被完全复制,随着细胞分裂次数增多逐渐缩短。正常人外周血单个核细胞的端粒随年龄缩短的速度大约是50 bp/年[2],经过60~80次的复制分裂,端粒缩短到一定程度,细胞就不能继续增殖,继而发生衰老、凋亡[3]。
