摘要
采用传统固相法制备了xZnO-(0.95-x)NiO-0.05 TiO2(0.6≤x≤0.85)系统PTC陶瓷,通过密度、XRD、电阻-温度曲线、SEM等测试方法对陶瓷样品的结构与PTC性能进行了研究,结果表明:ZnO-NiO-TiO2系统PTC陶瓷的最佳烧结温度为1340℃,烧成后陶瓷的主晶相为ZnO、NiO和ZnTiO3;电阻-温度曲线显示该系统组成的陶瓷具有明显的PTC效应,且x=0.65时PTC电阻突跳最高,此时具有较高的突跳温度(>500℃)、较低的室温电阻率(<103Ω·cm)。
The structure and PTC properties of x ZnO-(0.95-x)NiO-0.05TiO2 (0.6≤x≤ 0.85) system PTC ceramics prepared by traditional solid state reaction method were studied by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and p-T test methods. The results indicate that ZnO, NiO and ZnTiO3 are the main crystal phases of ZnO-NiO-TiO2 system ceramics at the best sintering temperature 1340 ℃; PTC effects are shown in the p-T curves and the ceramic samples with x=0.65 have the best PTC effects with higher jump temperature (〉500 ℃) and lower room temperature resistivity(〈103 Ω cm).
