高技术结构陶瓷专利信息分析

Patent Information Analysis on High-Tech Structural Ceramics

本文从总体发展趋势、专利类型、区域分布、专利申请人与IPC技术分类构成等方面分析了我国国家知识产权局专利局1985年至2012年公开(公告)的高技术结构陶瓷专利信息,指出了目前存在的主要问题,提出了相关的促进措施和政策建议。

This paper, in the respects of the application trends, types, geographical distribution, applicants and IPC, analyzed high-tech structural ceramics patent applications from 1985 to 2012 delivered by State Intellectual Property Office of the P.R. C, pointed out major problems existed and suggested measures and policy to the efforts.
