摘要
生丝线密度变异系数是生丝电子检验标准中的一项主要质量检验指标。为了在生丝电子检验中合理设计生丝线密度变异系数(CV even和CV5 m)分级标准,需要准确了解其分布形态。通过对6批生丝进行电子检测试验,调查电子检验中CV even和CV5 m的频数分布,利用卡方检验进行正态分布拟合检验,运用KS统计量检验方法进行混合正态分布拟合检验,并对2个分布拟合度进行比较分析。结果表明:生丝线密度变异系数分布反映了生丝质量、缫丝企业的管理水平;生丝线密度变异系数(CV even和CV5 m)服从由2个正态分布组成的混合分布。
The coefficient of linear density variation of raw silk is a main quality index in the electronic testing standard for raw silk. In order to provide a rational design of grading standard for the coefficient of linear density variation of raw silk (CVeven and CV5 m) in the electronic testing, the actual distribution needs to be known. According to the electronic test trials of 6 batches of raw silk, the frequency distributions of CVeven and CV5 m were investigated. The normal distribution fitting tests of the CVeven and CV5 m were carried out by the chi-square test, and the mixed normal distribution fitting test was made by the KS statistic test method. And then a comparative analysis was conducted to the degree of fitting of the two kinds of distribution. The results showed that the distribution of the coefficient of linear density variation of raw silk reflects the quality of the raw silk and the management level of silk reeling enterprises; and it (CVeven and CV5 m) is subordinated to the mixed distribution composed of two normal distributions.
