摘要 研究还原橄榄绿B在硫酸铁、葡萄糖酸钙和酒石酸的氢氧化钠溶液电化学体系中的还原染色工艺。分析探讨电化学还原液中各组分质量浓度以及电化学还原染色温度和时间、外加电压、电极面积等对染色效果的影响。结果表明,获得最佳染色效果的工艺为:硫酸铁质量浓度4 g/L、葡萄糖酸钙质量浓度5 g/L、酒石酸质量浓度21 g/L、氢氧化钠质量浓度16 g/L、还原染色温度35℃、还原染色时间80 min、外加电压7 V、阴极面积28 cm2,在此工艺条件下染色棉织物的K/S值比传统染色的提高了7.07%,且匀染性、染色牢度基本相同。 The reducing and dyeing process of Vat 0live Green B in the electrochemical system of the ferric sulfate, calcium glueonate and tartaric acid in sodium hydroxide solution were investigated. The influence of concentration of each component, temperature and time of reducing and dyeing, voltage and cathode area on the dyeing effect was discussed. The results showed that the optimum process is as follows: mass concentrations of ferric sulfate, calcium gluconate, tartaric acid and sodium hydroxide 4 g/L, 5 g/L, 21 g/L, 16 g/L, respectively, reducing and dyeing temperature 35 ℃, reducing and dyeing time 80 rain, applied voltage 7 V, and cathode area 28 cm2. The fabric dyed under the above process conditions has its K/S value improved by about 7.07% as compared with that by conventional process, and its dyeing evenness and color fastness were similar to those by conventional process.
