基于脂肪酶催化的柞蚕丝织物接枝脂肪醇疏水整理 被引量:1

摘要 为提高柞蚕丝织物的疏水性能,采用脂肪酶催化柞蚕丝织物羧基接枝脂肪醇。研究结果表明:脂肪酶催化柞丝绸接枝脂肪醇的碳链越长,质量接枝率越高,摩尔接枝率越低;正十八醇的接枝率可以达到19.8%;酯化接枝时脂肪醇级别越高,柞蚕丝织物的水接触角越大,沾水级别越高,疏水性越强;水接触角从对照的55.8°提高到128.3°,沾水等级从0级提高到3级;接枝改性后柞蚕丝织物的透气性略有升高。洗涤实验结果表明:酯化接枝改性的柞蚕丝织物具有良好的耐洗涤性能,洗涤20次,疏水性能仍保持良好。 The fatty alcohol was grafted onto the carboxyl group of the tussah silk fabric by lipase enzymatic catalysis in order to improve the hydrophobicity of the fabric. The results showed that the longer the hydrocarbon chain of the fatty alcohol, the higher the grafting percentage and the lower the mole grafting rate; the grafting percentage of n-octadeeyl alcohol is up to 19.8% ; higher the grade of the fatty alcohol, the greater the water contact angle of the tussah silk fabric ; and the higher the spray rating, the better the hydrophobicity; and the water contact angle increased from 55.8° to 128.3°, and the spray rating increased from 0 to 3. The graft modified tussah silk fabric has slight!y improved air permeability and good washing durability, and keeps good hydrophobic property after 20 washing cycles.
