摘要
以150SN、150N、PAO6和季戊四醇酯为例,采用MM-1P摩擦磨损试验机和PLINT试验机,分别测试4类基础油在单向和往复滑动下的摩擦因数,为润滑油产品选择相应摩擦特性的基础油提供依据。试验结果表明:单向滑动时Ⅱ类基础油150N和Ⅳ类基础油PAO6的摩擦因数随负荷的增加而增大,Ⅰ类基础油150SN和Ⅴ类基础油季戊四醇酯的摩擦因数随负荷的增加而减小;往复滑动时摩擦因数的最大值和稳态平均值按PAO6、150N、150SN、季戊四醇酯的顺序依次降低。
Taking 150SN, 150N, PAO6 and pentaerythritol ester for examples, the friction coefficient of four types of base oils was tested in unidirectional sliding with MM-1P tester and in reciprocating sliding with PLINT tester to provide evidence for choosing suitable friction characteristics base oils for lubricants. The results show that, with the increase of load in unidirectional sliding,the friction coefficient is increased for the Group II base oil of 150N and the Group 1V base oil of PAO6, and is decreased for the Group I base oil of 150SN and the Group V base oil of pentaerythritol ester. In recip- rocating sliding tests ,the maximum and stable average friction coefficient is decreased in turn from PAO6,150N, 150SN to pentaerythritol ester.
