摘要
对某型飞机前轮转弯作动筒漏油故障失效原因进行分析。针对前轮转弯作动筒存在的密封圈被挤入活塞杆与轴套的配合间隙内以及活塞杆表面铬层易划伤的问题,对轴套密封结构进行改进,其中在活塞杆与轴套配合部位增加FPTE支撑环并适当增大其配合间隙,以避免其直接接触造成的偏磨;采用双侧挡圈的密封结构,防止增大配合间隙后密封圈被挤入活塞杆与轴套的配合间隙内。经过地面验证试验和装机使用,表明改进后的前轮转弯作动筒质量稳定,满足使用要求。
Oil leakage failure for an aircraft's front wheel turning actuating cylinder was analyzed. Aimed at the problems existed in the front wheel turning actuating cylinder that the sealing ring is wedged in matching gap between axis sleeve and piston rod, and chrome layer is easily scratched on surface of piston rod, the sleeve's seal structure was improved. The FPTE supporting ring was added on matching portion between piston rod and axis sleeve, and its matching gap was suitably so as to avoid partial wear caused by its direct contact. Seal prevent sealing ring wedged in matching gap between axis sleeve and enlarged structure of double sided block rings was adopted to piston rod. After verification by the ground test and fly application,it shows that the improved turning actuating cylinder has stable quality and satisfied using requirement.
