摘要
对自制的共轭亚油酸(CLA)功能油脂进行了经口急性毒性试验、遗传毒性试验和30 d喂养试验。结果表明:经口急性毒性试验小鼠无中毒及死亡症状;遗传毒性试验中受试物各剂量组的试验结果均为阴性;大鼠30 d喂养试验的多项指标测定结果均未发现受试物有明显毒性。CLA功能油脂是无毒、无遗传突变的可食用性油脂。
Acute toxicity test, genetic toxicity test and thirty days feeding test were conducted for selfmade functional conjugated linoleic acid （CLA） oil. The results showed that the Kumming mice in acutetoxicity test presented no toxic or death synptoms; the results for every dosage group in genetic toxicity test was negative; the result of multi - index determination of big rats in thirty days feeding test showed that functional CLA oil had no apparent toxicity. Functional CLA oil was a kind of non - toxic, non - genetic -mutational edible oil.
