大豆糖蜜提取物中异黄酮和皂苷的分离纯化 被引量:2

Isolation and purification of isoflavones and saponins from extracts of soy molasses

摘要 以酸沉大豆糖蜜为原料,对经90%丙酮水溶液超声提取、氯仿-甲醇法脱脂提取所得的异黄酮和皂苷粗品进行分离纯化研究。结果表明:通过调节异黄酮和皂苷粗品水溶液的pH,离心后的沉淀加入80%甲醇溶液提取两次,可将大豆异黄酮含量从15.50%提高到28.68%,皂苷含量从32.81%提高到57.23%。离心上清液通过添加壳聚糖沉淀杂质可将其中的大豆异黄酮含量从7.69%提高到55.23%,皂苷含量从12.56%提高到36.45%。 The acid precipitated soy molasses was extracted by 90% acetone solution with ultrasonic assise, and then defatted by chloroform -methanol solution to obtain the mixture containing isoflavone and saponin. The mixture was treated to improve the isoflavone and saponin content. The results showed that after centrifugation and extraction for twice with 80% methanol of the precipitate obtained by adjusting pH of the mixture aqueous solution, the soy isoflavones content improved from 15.50% to 28.68% and the soy saponins content increased from 32.81% to 57.23%. The supernatant was purified by adding chitosan to precipitate impurities, and the soy isoflavones content improved from 7.69% to 55.23%, the soy saponins content increased from 12.56% to 36.45%.
