摘要
研究以大豆皮为原料,在亚临界水中,酸性功能化离子液体催化大豆皮水解制备还原糖。结果表明,咪唑类离子液体对大豆皮纤维素水解具有很好的催化活性,其中双-(3-甲基-1-咪唑)亚丁基二硫酸氢盐的催化活性最高。在单因素试验的基础上,应用响应面法优化纤维素的水解条件,得出在水解温度175.4℃,水解时间5 min,液固比80(80 mL蒸馏水与1 g大豆皮比值),离子液体用量0.11 g的条件下,还原糖得率为50.78%。
With soybean hull as raw material, the hydrolysis of soybean hull was carried out in subcritical water with acidic ionic liquid as catalyst to prepare reducing sugar. The results showed that all the imidazolium ionic liquids had good catalytic activities in promoting hydrolysis of cellulose in soybean hull, in which 1,4 -bis(3 -methylimidazolium)butane bisulfite had the highest catalytic activity. On the basis of single factor experiment, response surface methodology was used to optimize the hydrolysis conditions as follows : hydrolysis temperature 175.4 ~C, hydrolysis time 5 min, ratio of liquid to solid 80 ( ratio of 80 mL distilled water to 1 g soybean hull) , amount of ionic liquid 0. 11 g. Under the optimal conditions, the yield of reducing sugar was 50.78%.
