The Legality of Technical-Ethical Parallel Research

摘要技术哲学的发展为技术-伦理并行研究提供了学科支撑;会聚技术(NBIC)的展开为技术-伦理并行研究开拓了研究视域;人、技术与社会的关系为技术-伦理并行研究规界了商谈体系。技术-伦理并行研究提出了技术创新中的价值敏感性设计、设计伦理和使用伦理的分离、技术与伦理的动态契合性等问题。 The development of Philosophy of technology provided a chance for Technical-Ethical parallel research; Converging Technologies＇（NBIC） explore the study domain for Technical-Ethical parallel research; the relationship between human, technology and society establish a study system for Technical-Ethical parallel research. Technical-Ethical parallel research＇s put forward a series issues. Such as, value sensitive design in technological innovation, Separation of design ethics and the use of ethics, dynamic fit of technology and ethics and so on.
