Developmengt of gene science stimulates the redifinition of the essence of human beings.At the same time,however,Artifical evolution caused by gene-science brings us big troubles in philophy.We point out that the essence of human beings is not the definition of biology, or the mixture of con- ceptions of human nature, or the sum of all social relationships, but a unification of entity, spirituality and relationships. The essence of human beings will advance with the boundary of mirror of exploration, discovery, alteration and creation of mankind.
