摘要
知识型员工是组织人力资源中非常重要的特殊群体。随着竞争的日趋激烈,组织变革成为常态,变革中的人力资源管理也必须得到重视,而两种变革类型——渐进式变革与激进式变革基本性质的差别决定了其人力资源管理的总体策略和方法很不相同,但专家学者对此进行专题研究得很少,尤其是对两种变革中知识型员工的管理策略研究几乎更是空白,为此对这两种变革下的知识型员工管理策略进行探讨,以期为组织提供一定的借鉴之处。
The knowledge workers are very important resource. With the intense competition, the organization is transformed and the management of human resources has received great attention. The two kinds of transformation, i.e. slow and fast, are different. During the course of the transformation, the strategy of human resource management is very different. But there is little study on this specific subject, especially about the knowledge workers. This paper studies the strategy of human resources management during the slow and fast organization transformation.
