科普产业中的知识产权探析

Intellectual Property in Science Popularization Industry

鉴于知识产权所带来的经济效益以及对创新的鼓励,知识产权在科普产业发展的过程中运用得越来越多。然而,知识产权与科普产业之间存在着对立统一的关系,从而使得知识产权对科普产业的发展存在促进或阻碍作用。因此,为有效促进科普产业发展,一方面既要尊重和保护知识产权,另一方面也要对知识产权实施一定的让步和限制。

In view of the economic benefits of intellectual properly （IP）, as well as to encourage innovation, IP in the science popularization industries is widely used. However, there is the relationship of the unity of opposites between IP and science popularization industries, which makes IP promote or hinder the development of the science popularization industry. So it is necessary to respect and protect IP. In addition, we also need to implement certain concessions and restrictions on IP.
