摘要 延迟策略是管理供应链风险的有效手段,以前的研究具有局限性。基于正常事故理论,对供应链风险管理中延迟策略的作用进行一般分析,然后基于价值链活动的过程将供应链风险分为供应风险、生产风险、需求风险,对延迟策略在缓解每种风险中的作用进行具体分析,从而为选择合适的延迟策略为管理供应链风险提供指南。 Postponement strategy is effective in supply chain risk management. Existing researches have their limitations. Based on the normal accident theory, the effect of postponement strategy in supply chain risk management is analyzed generally. Then based on the process of activities in value chain, supply chain risks are classified into supply risk, production risk, demand risk. And the effect of postponement strategy on mitigating each risk is analyzed concretely, which provides guideline for enterprise to choose appropriate postponement strategy in supply chain risk management.
