摘要
采用消费使用模型对我国2005—2011年期间废旧手机产生量进行测算,结果显示我国废旧手机产生量巨大,且呈逐年快速增长趋势。废旧手机中包含十多种回收价值较高的贵金属及多种有毒元素,若能有效回收处理,将创造巨大的经济效益和环境效益;若得不到正确处理,则会对环境和人体健康造成巨大的伤害。因此,如何有效回收处理废旧手机成为当前的重要任务。最后,针对当前制约我国废旧手机回收的因素提出了相应的对策建议。
The paper estimated the amount of discarded mobile phones during 2005 to 2011 in China's Mainland by using the Consumer Usage Model. The results show that there are huge amount of discarded mobile phones generated in China's Mainland, and it shows a year - on - year rapid growth trend. A discarded mobile phone contains about a dozen kinds of precious metals as well as a variety of toxic elements. If it can be recycled effectively, it will create huge economic and environmental benefits. If it can not be correctly handled, it will cause great harm to the environment and human health, so it is very important to reuse the discarded mobile phones effectively. Finally, the paper analyzed the current plight our phone recycling faces, then proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
