摘要
学术道德失范事后惩治不如事先进行学术道德教育。在中外学术道德建设史研究的基础上,首先论述对不特定多数人的学术道德宣传教育模式,包括图书教育模式、公开通报模式、学术期刊自曝模式、新闻媒体曝光模式和学术参考资料首页公告模式;其次阐明对特定多数人的学术道德宣传教育模式,包括"入学"集中教育模式、课程教育模式、科研团队负责人教育模式和宣讲报告会模式;最后论述对具体个人的学术道德宣传教育模式,包括对学术道德失范者或嫌疑者、学术道德失范行为倾向者和未接受集体学术道德宣传教育的"入学"者三大类教育模式。
The ex - post punishment on the anomie of academic morality is inferior to academic morality education in advance. Based on the research on Chinese and foreign academic morality construction history, the article firstly expounds the pattern of propaganda and education to unspecific persons, including book education pattern, public notification pattern, academic journal self - exposure pattern, the news media exposure pattern and first - page - announcement - of - academic - reference - material pattern; secondly elaborates on the pattern of propaganda and education to specific persons, including post - enrollment centralized education pattern, course education pattern, academic team leader education pattern and public lecture pattern; finally discusses the pattern of propaganda and education to individuals, including propaganda and education to the violators or suspects of academic morality, to the persons with such behavior tendency and those who did not accept collective academic morality education.
