益气活血中药对中晚期胰腺癌放化疗的辅助治疗作用

Adjuvant effect of Qi replenishing and blood circulation activating drugs on the chemotherapy and radiotherapy of advanced pancreatic cancer

目的探讨益气活血中药对三维适形放疗联合吉西他滨化疗治疗中晚期胰腺癌的辅助治疗效果。方法 106例中晚期胰腺癌患者随机分为2组,行三维适形放疗联合吉西他滨化疗者48例为对照组,在对照组治疗基础上给予益气活血中药治疗者58例为观察组。观察2组上消化道反应,腹泻,疼痛,白细胞计数,血小板下降,生活质量改善情况及近期有效率和1、2a生存率。结果对照组上消化道反应发生率、腹泻发生率、疼痛发生率、白细胞和血小板计数下降率及生活质量改善率分别为45.83%、18.75%、56.76%、37.50%、20.83%、35.42%,观察组分别为24.14%、5.17%、84.44%、17.24%、6.89%、53.45%,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组近期有效率(67.24%)高于对照组(56.25%)(P>0.05);观察组1、2a总体生存率(75.3%、28.2%)高于对照组(36.8%、16.6%)(χ2=9.205,P=0.002)。结论益气活血中药可减轻放、化疗所致的消化道反应,提高近期有效率,提高1、2a生存率。

Objective To investigate the adjuvant effect of Qi replenishing and blood circulation activating drugs on the chemotherapy and radiotherapy of advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods A total of 106 cases of advanced pancreatic cancer were randomly divided into two groups, 48 patients receiving gemcitabine plus three dimensional conformal radiotherapy （control group） and 58 patients receiving Qi replenishing and blood circulation activating drugs in addition to the same radiotherapy and chemotherapy （observation group）. The upper gastrointestinal reactions, diarrhoea, pain, white blood cell count, blood platelet decrease, the quality of life, short term effective rate and 1 and 2-year survival rates were observed in two groups. Results The incidences of upper gastrointestinal reactions, diarrhoea, abdominal pain, white blood cell and blood platelet counts and the quality of life were 45. 83%, 18. 75%, 56. 76%, 37. 50%, 20.83% and 35.42%n control group, and 24.14%, 5. 17%, 84.44%, 17.24%, 6.89% and 53.45% in observation group, which showed significant differences between two groups （P〈0.05）. The short term effective rate was 67.24%0 in observation group, higher than that in control group （56. 25%） （P〉0.05）. The 1 and 2 year survival rates in observation group were 75. 3% and 28. 2%, higher than those in control group （36. 8% and 16. 6%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qi replenishing and blood circulation activating drugs could alleviate the gastrointestinal adverse reactions caused by radiotherapy and chemotherapy, raise the therapeutic effective rate, and prolong the 1- and 2-year survival rates.
