结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验在菌阴肺结核诊断中价值 被引量：14

摘要 目的评价结核感染T淋巴细胞斑点试验(T-SPOT.TB)作为诊断菌阴肺结核的特异性辅助检查方法的可行性。方法经临床证实菌阴肺结核患者106例、非结核病患者113例,均行T-SPOT.TB检查,评价T-SPOT.TB诊断菌阴肺结核的灵敏度和特异度。结果T-SPOT.TB诊断菌阴肺结核的灵敏度为91.5%、特异度为92.0%。结论T-SPOT.TB可作为诊断菌阴肺结核的特异性辅助检查方法。
