俗草蛉属的研究及三新种记述(脉翅目:草蛉科)

STUDY ON THE GENUS SUARIUS AND DESCRIPTIONS OF THREE NEW SPECIES FROM CHINA (NEUROPTERA: CHRYSOPIDAE)

本文报道了发现于我国的俗草蛉属Suarius 3新种:海南俗草蛉S.hainanus sp.nov.,钩俗草蛉S.hamulasus sp.nov.及楔唇俗草蛉S.sphenochilus sp.nov.新种模式标本保存于北京农业大学昆虫标本室。

In this paper the authors have reviewed the characters of the genus Suarius, and described three new species from China. The type specimens are kept in the Insect Collections of the Beijing Agricultural University.Suarius hamulatus sp. nov.(fig. 1)♀ Length of body 6.7mm ,of forewing 9.3mm, hindwing 8.0mm, antennae 10.7mm.Head, palpi and the basal 1-2 segments of antennae yellow. The margins of thorax and the daws brown. In forewings, most of the longitudinal veins and crossveins green. Crossveins at the base and the gradate crossveins brnwn or dark brown. Gradate crossveins in hindwings green. The subgenitale plate and the spermatheca are shown as in fig. 1.Holotype ♀, Hainan Province, Jianfengling (18.7°N; 108.8°E), 6.Ⅶ.1982, by Hua li-zhong.Similar to Chrysopa isalata Banks, but can be distinguished by the character and the color of the wing veins. Suarius sphenochilus sp. nor. (fig 2)♀ Length of body 10.1mm, of forewing 14.9mm, hindwing 13.3mm.Head yellowish brown and immaculate, palpi green yellow. The basal 1-2 segments of antennae yellowish brown, flagellum lacking. Thorax with dorsal yellow midstripe and yellowish brown at the margins. Legs green with the claws brown. In forewings, the crossveins in the costal region brown at ends. The crossveins at the base of wing black. The gradate crossveins black. In hindwing, the longitudinal veins and crossveins green.Holotype ♀, Hainan Province, Jianfengling (18.7°N; 108.8°E), 27.Ⅹ.1982, by Gu Mao-bin.Allied to Africa Mallada pulchrina (Tjeder), but without any marking on the head and the surface of the wings. The R veins of hindwings thickened.Suarius hainanus sp. nov. (fig. 3)♀ Length of body 7.3mm, of forewing 10.3mm, hindwing 9.1mm.Head yellow, with large black spot on each gena and on lateral margins of clypeus. Maxillary palpi with 4-5 segments black. Antennae yellowish brown. Thorax with dorsal yellow stripe at the middle. The margins of prothorax dark brown and with pale hairs. One brown marking at the margin of mesoscutellum near the base of forewings, and on each side of the mesothorax below the wings respectively. In forewings, most of the crossveins black, and on each crossveins with one brown halo. In hindwings, the outer gradate crossveins dark, the in-ners green. The subgenitale plate and the spermatheca are shown as in fig. 3.Holotype ♀, Hainan Province, Tongshizhen (18.7°N; 109.5°E), 23.Ⅸ.1981.Very similar to Chrysopa resali Banks, but without any spot on the prothorax, and with spots at the base of Sc-R in forewings, and all the crossveins of forewings with brown halo.
