摘要
研究了EPDM/三元共聚尼龙 (PA)高性能弹性体共混体系中各组分及配合剂用量对该体系硫化胶物理性能的影响。结果表明 ,EPDM用量为 70份时 ,PA用量以 30份为宜 ,炭黑用量宜为EPDM用量的一半 ;EPDM及PA的品种对共混物的加工性能及物理性能有明显的影响 ,硫化体系宜采用过氧化物及助交联剂并用体系 ,液体古马隆树脂是该共混体系适宜的软化剂。
The influence of polymer types,blending ratio and ingredient levels in the high quality EPDM/PA elastomer on the physical properties of its vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the suitable blending ratio of EPDM/PA was 70/30,and 35 phr of carbon black was the most suitable;the types of EPDM and PA had remarkable influence on the processibility and physical properties of the blend;the peroxide/secondary crosslinking agent were the suitable curing system;and the liquid cumarone resin was the suitable softner for the blend.
