摘要
利用电压波形等电能质量测量信号的周期重复特性,仅保存测量信号中出现前后变化的周期数据,而不保存那些没有明显差异的周期数据,从而实现低失真度的数据压缩。针对电能质量标准信号与扰动信号的特征,提出全局测度因子和幅值测度因子两个能够反映电能质量信号差异的特征量,构造新的距离测度函数,并给出测度阈值的确定方法。电力系统电压实测数据的校验结果表明,新方法能够有效识别测量数据中的差异,实现数据的有效压缩,且计算量远小于小波变换等方法。
Based on periodic similarity of power quality measuring signals such as voltage, compressed power quality data have low distortion, by recording neighboring cycle with differences in measuring signals and not recording with indifferences. In this paper, on the basis of characteristics of power quality standard signal and disturbing signal, two characteristic quantities, global measurement factor and local measurement factor reflecting power quality signal differences, is proposed to construct a new distance measurement function. Then, the method to determine the measurement threshold is also studied. The test results using measured data show that proposed method distinguish differences of measuring data and compress data availably. And its calculation amount is much less than using wavelet transform or other methods.
