摘要
以CoCl2·6H2O和AlCl3为起始原料、NaOH为沉淀剂、7种有机物为添加剂,用水热法合成了CoAl2O4色料。主要研究了有机物的种类与加入量对合成产物物相组成、微观形貌、色度值的影响。结果表明,添加乙二醇和十二烷基苯磺酸钠不能得到纯相CoAl2O4;三乙醇胺和丙三醇能控制合成产物的形貌,并不受保温时间延长的影响,且呈色优于未添加者,其较好添加量为12%;加入三乙醇胺的样品呈色更好,能得到100 nm以下的球形颗粒,加入丙三醇则得到粒径为50~70 nm的类四边形或八面体形颗粒。
CoAl2O4 pigments were synthesized by hydrothermal method using CoCl2· 6H2O and AlCl3 as starting materials, NaOH as the precipitant, seven organic compounds as additives respectively. The effects of organic species and their addition amount on the phase composition, microstructure and chroma value of synthetic product were researched systematically. The results showed that pure CoAl2O4 phase can not be prepared using ethylene glycol and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) as additives. Triethanolamine (TEOA) and glycerin, with the optimal concentration of 12%, can control the morphology of synthesized particles, independent of any prolonged holding time, resulting better color generation of samples than the blank ones. The color generation of samples added with Triethanolamine is better than glycerin. The former can obtain spherical particles less than 100 nm, however the latter can obtain quasi-quadrilateral or octahedral shaped particles of 50-70 nm.
