摘要 采用以次亚磷酸钠为还原剂的酸性化学镀镍液对人造金刚石进行表面镀覆。用扫描电镜及能谱分析表征金刚石表面镀镍前后的形貌和物相;用金刚石单颗粒抗压强度测定仪测试镀镍前后单颗金刚石的抗压强度。结果表明:通过化学镀镍的方法得到的样品,不仅存在C、Ni元素,还有P及微量的O和Cl元素。在镀层较薄的前提下,金刚石化学镀镍前后的平均单颗粒抗压强度没有明显的变化,漏镀现象越明显,抗压强度越不均匀。 Ni coating was prepared on the surface of synthetic diamond by chemical plating with sodium hypophosphite as reductant. The morphologies and structures of Ni coatings were measured and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), and the compressive strength of single diamond grain was tested by diamond single particle compressive strength tester. The results show that not only C and Ni elements, but P and trace elements of O and C1 were also measured on the nickel coatings. Compared with the synthetic diamond grain, the average compressive strength of single nickel plated diamond grain is not obviously changed unde the thin coating, and the more bare spots on the plated grains, the less uniform of strength of them.
