摘要
湿式氧化是在中等温度及中等压力下,在水中进行的有机物与氧之间的反应,复杂的有机化合物被氧化成CO_2、水及可生物降解的低分子。利用多相及均相催化剂的催化湿式氧化(CWAO)工艺,可以极大地提高液相氧化效率。本文综述了50年代中期以来商业化的WAO工艺发展概况。
Wet air oxidation (WAO) is a liquid - phase reaction between organic material in water and oxygen. Under moderate temperatures (180 - 315℃) and at pressures from 2 to 15 MPa, complex organic compounds in industrial wastewater and sludge are mostly oxidized into CO2 and H2O along with simpler forms which are biodegradable. The efficiency of aqueous phase oxidation can be largely improved by the use of catalysts, either heterogeneous or homogeneous. This paper presents an update on the development of commercial catalytic WAO (CWAO) process, which started as the midfifties.
