摘要
在酸性溶液中,铜(Ⅱ)与硫氰酸盐形成[Cu(SCN)_4]~2络阴离子,继而与结晶紫形成三元离子缔合物,将其浮选至有机溶剂二甲苯中,在587nm处测其吸光度,可测ppb级Cu(Ⅱ)。富集比为15,表观摩尔系数为1.68×l0~5L·mol^(-1)cm^(-1),铜的回收率为91.82%-102.7%。用于测定环境水样中的痕量铜,结果令人满意。
Highly sensitivitycolor reaction systems is based on the reaction of the anionic complex[Cu(SCN)4]2- formed by Cu(II) with SCN- to form associate ternary complexes with triphenylmethan viola- crystalline in acidic solution. The molor absorptivity is 1.68 × 10 L·mol-1 cm-1 for viola crystallina system and the recovery of copperare between 91.82 and 102.73% .The method is simply rapid and have good accuracy and reproducibility.
