人肠道病毒71型动物模型的研究进展 被引量:2

Recent advances of animal models in enterovirus 71 infection

摘要 人肠道病毒71型(EV71)是引起手足口病(HFMD)的主要病原体之一,自1974年Schmidt等发现,主要引起5岁以下儿童手足口部疱疹,少数病例出现伴有中枢神经系统损伤的严重并发症,甚至死亡。目前临床尚无预防和治疗该病毒感染的有效疫苗和药物,有关EV71发病机制,病毒与宿主之间的关系及病毒不同基因型别间的关系等问题尚不明确。供进一步研究的合适的动物模型可以为解决以上问题奠定基础。本文现就近年来国内外开展的不同类型动物模型的研究进行综述。 Human enterovirus71 (EV71) is one of the major pathogens of hand-loot mouth disease (DIPMD). EV71 may cause fatal clinical complications or even death. However, there is currently no vaccine available to prevent the infection of this virus. Animal model research is essential for pathogenic studies, vaccine and drug research of EV71 infection. In this review, we summarize recent advances in the research of EVT1 infection using mouse and monkey models.
